[ale] OT: Comcast modem

I hit the GA-Tech speedtest for the 2nd run for that reason.
Any speedtest will be flawed using these big sites. I dno't know, but would expect this bandwidth to be highly prioritized.  These are more about what our system and network can support than what anyone would see during real world use.
