    How To:
Setting TOF and Tear

    Action:
1. Set Forms tear-off to 500MS in printer menu.

2. Press park

3. Pull bail arm lever forward and the paper will load into the printer.

4. Then push bail lever back, the paper will jump to tear position. If needed to adjust tear position, deselect printer
and adjust with platen knob.

5. With the printer deselected, Press and hold TOF and that will bring paper to TOF, if need to adjust keep holding
TOF and use the form feed button to move up or line feed to move down

* The 320 has 1" top margin due to bail arm.

It is too high. They are positioning the print head about 1/3 the way down, but it rolls the paper back to where the print head is higher on the page. On the old one that is of the same exact model, it did not reposition the paper - it would just start printing where ever they had rolled it to.
