[ale] OT: The blind and OSes

On one of the Linux podcasts, maybe Going Linux, they have a sometimes sponsor sometimes guest that is blind and who configures systems for handicapped people.  I cannot remember his name, at the moment, unfortunately.  Apparently, you can do a lot with foss that would cost lots of $$$ on Windows.
