Yeah, I see that (another way for M$ to gouge their customers). However, I
can probably buy a hardware RAID controller for less than 2k8 seems it is >
$600 wholesale last time we bought.
I have pitched the customer on RAID 10 based on previous RAID threads on
ALE (catastrophic NRRE on rebuild causing loss of all data). I think he's
going to go for that. Makes life so much simpler for me.
