[ale] Godaddy outage

All of my Godaddy registered domains that are using external dns (ie..
dreamhost hosted, with Dreamhost dns, or the couple I have that I'm running
in-house at home with my own dns) are all fully functional and
accessible. The half dozen domains that are just parked at godaddy are
inaccessible. They're using Godaddy's dns to serve the 'parked' page.
I don't have any externally registered domains using godaddy dns.
