Yeah, McMaster-Carr and Grainger have 120/240 to 24V single-phase and 
three phase supplies of this wattage usually in stock.  They could be 
will-called and picked up at one of their warehouses.  The single-phase 
versions run 120-240 AC.  The three phase versions are 360-500 VAC inputs.

You're in a pinch.  If they want it up and running then you've got to go 
with what's available.
