[ale] firefox 12, adblock and cache clearing

Firefox 12 is running and a system with adblock has no apparent way to dump
the browser cache. A second system (same Fedora and patch level) is not
running adblock and does show cache dumping ability in tools.

So I loaded adblock plus on the second system and can still access cache
dumping in the tools menus.

Anyone else see this?
