[ale] [Somewhat OT] DoD 8570 IAT Level II Compliance

Much better to be sponsored unless you have a specific high paying job 
you are targeting and can afford the cash outlay. By getting your 8570 
and ITIL you are telling the recruiter that you speak the client's 
language and will do your part. They will start slobbering to get you in.
