[ale] OT: ruby/redmine/apache

[Wolf Halton]

I am using bitnami rubystack/redmine and it does work. Installs its own
version of lamp stack which complicates troubleshooting. If I had it to do
again, and I might, I would delete existing lamp stack before installing
rubystack.
