Or you can have Linux accomodate Windows, which will cause issues during
switch to and from Daylight Saving Time:

Edit the Linux file /etc/sysconfig/clock with vi and change the line:

  UTC=true

to

  UTC=false


Then update your BIOS clock with either of the next two lines (execute
both if you're not sure as some Distros have one and some have the
other):

  hwclock --localtime -w
  /sbin/clock --localtime -w

Then be sure to invoke one of the above commands after each switch to
and from Daylight Saving Time.  (I'm not positive that that is needed
and it probably is not on Linux.)
