Odd, I've been using it all morning.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page is working.

Viewing content is working just fine.

"The English Wikipedia is currently locked for the SOPA/PIPA blackout"

That isn't very effective, IMHO.  A blackout means you can't see the content, right?

Am I missing something?
