[ale] Update On SOPA/PIPA: ALE Should Join the Strike !?

ALE should remain active. Shutting down a private list would be
pointless. Besides, where better for all of us to revel or commiserate?

However; if IMDB were to go dark/offline in solidarity with all the
others, that might be fun.
