[ale] Encrypting Large Files with pgp

Thanks,
The sys admin tried to install pgp, but ran into dependency hell.
He was installing on AIX.
He has switched to using split and pgp.
Using split will run faster anyway because he will be able to run pgp
in parallel on the files.

Better idea welcome....
