[ale] [ANNC] ALE-NW at SPSU: GPG Keysigning Party & Solstice Social: Thurs., Dec. 13, 2012

I have generated the list and have it uploaded. Unless someone new adds 
their key to the event keyring and lets me know before 5pm tonight this 
should be considered the final list. Given the small number we should 
get through it quickly provided we don't have a large number of people 
show up and want to get in on the signing but failed to upload their 
keys.
