[ale] [ANNC] ALE-NW at SPSU: GPG Keysigning Party & Solstice Social: Thurs., Dec. 13, 2012

Unless more people upload their keys the key signing won't be
necessary.  So far Jeremy and I are the only ones who have uploaded
and we've both already signed each others keys!
