[ale] how to disable java on browser while keeping it on your system

Hi Scott,

Good point.  I do use Noscript all the time and like it very much.  But, 
having Java on the system still leaves you vulnerable for sites that 
you've trusted, like facebook, ebay, etc.  Not having java available to 
the browser, or not having it available at all, defeats all Java 
vulnerabilities, discovered or not.  I remember a case once where many 
people were infected from the NY Times website (which you would 
presumably trust) when malware got into their ad feed and went through 
to all their subscribers.
