It does block vpn connections, though, doesn't it? Not sure if that matters to you, but I thought I'd mention it in case you were on call or something.

Yes. Emory has wifi with guest access. The room has bench style desktops that have AC outlets for those of us who are too cheap to buy a new battery for their laptop too. (Like me!)
