[ale] Non-profit

Agreed. A non-profit has a particular legal standing and seems more
like a business than doing it for yourself. However, there are
probably several of us who run side-businesses or projects.

The big issue is to find work you enjoy with people you enjoy working
with. Getting with people you know should help. A lot of jobs are
found by word of mouth and reference.
