[ale] provider for static IP + VPN? [was: comcast business + mail server = static ip?]

I've had reasonably good luck with  https://airvpn.org/ .  It's OpenVPN
only, but is about $100/yr if you pay for an entire year.

What I liked about them is the ability to port-forward, which some don't
offer.  So you can run a server behind it and get to it from outside.
