[ale] RH cert training recommendations?

Jeff....have you worked with them before?  Any good or bad experiences
there?  

I have had training with a provider (I won't name now) that really
sucked.  Instructor didn't know anything and I ended-up answering the
classes questions.  Trying to avoid that issue again...
