[ale] [OT] this computer is killing me

PS to my prior message. To whom it may concern. A word to the wise.
Points to ponder. Etc.

A typical lounge chair, with a poofy pillow on top and a curved (the
wrong way) back area promotes a posture roughly like the hunchback of
Notre Dame. Combine that with a few hours with a laptop on your lap,
looking down and slightly sideways, and bad things happen. Don't ask me
how I know. My bone doctor (chiropractor) can fix me, but I would
advise others NOT to follow in my tracks, and, I'll definitely be
changing my habits.

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone. I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
mailing lists and such. I don't always see new messages very quickly.)
