Actually I had developed a taste for Guiness served at higher than iced 
temps, it's smooth and actually has a subtle bitter-sweet taste. I had 
also come across another stout back in 98, when I was in the process of 
moving up here, at Three Dollar Cafe near Town Center Mall called 
Optimizer. It was a German Stout, I had not been able to find it any 
where else.
