It seems Aaron Melton, owner of Melton's, is on the fence about
reopening.  Says he's looking at $100K to cover the down time
and rebuilding.  PetSmart appears to be being big time dicks
about providing monetary compensation for their admitted screw
up in allowing the infestation to happen in their space.  Another
big corporape chain squashing the local small business.

Of course, SprawlMart is trying to build another black hole
store across the corner, so the whole local retail economy
around here is going to be corporaped soon anyway.

If Melton's closes, you can't fault the guy throwing in the towel
and trying to recoup a few bucks over the lawyers fees in a
law suit.
