This is a pet peeve of mine.

Price is what you pay value is what you get.

It does not matter if you pay $5 for the server, but the raid solution
cost $100.  All that matters is the value.  How valuable is the data?
What will be lost if the data is lost?  

People assume that if it is a 5 user system or if the solution only cost
$10 that a $100 add-on is "too expensive" for that.  The equate the cost
of the solution to relate to the cost of the add-on.   Nada.  All that
matters is the value.
