[ale] Melton's Is Closed (for now)

They are handling it appropriately, they have been taking steps correctly. The reason that they have finally shut down is because conventional tactics have failed. This should be enough to get the situation cured completely. You're missing a hell of a time after the meetings though, that much I can tell you. :)
