[ale] Kernel crash

Our Dell PowerEdge 2850 box keeps crashing with this error:

   <IRQ> [<c031004e>] ? selinux_socket_create+0x9e/0x130


It is really just a development machine with Virtualbox 4 and OpenVPN .  I
can't check whether a kernel/security update was done because I can't get
the thing to boot.  Could it be a hardware problem?  That box was purchased
in November 2004 and it has seen 24/7 operation since then.
