[ale] VPS or not

I've had a Slicehost slice for 2 or 3 years.  It's running out corp.
webpage.  It's not very high volume.

I only remember one outage, and it was for a few hours as I recall.

When I've reached out to support, they're there.  (I only had to do
that a few times.  I control the machine, admin, etc. for my slice, so
there is not a lot of reason to need support.)
