They'll take them for .25 per bulb.  Seems reasonable.  If you decide to 
take them up on this offer, you need to call as this location is a one 
man operation and you need to coordinate dropping them off with Richard. 
  Also, the preference is exact cash, as he does not have a 'cash box' 
on hand.
