[ale] OT: Disposal of standard fluorescent lamps?

If memory serves, I've taken a 4' tube before to the returns desk at the
Cumming HD. They took it, and said they'd recycle it. Who knows if the
clerk violated policy or if it ended up in the trash dumpster.
