[ale] Open Source YMS - Yard Management System

I was asked at work to search for an Open Source YMS to manage our
Tractors/Trailers at our yard.
The current tool, an M$Access "Database", is no longer sufficient.
Google did not help. No true YMS available.
I tried Sourceforge and no luck there either :-(

Looking for Web application - LAMP preferred.
Any help is appreciated.
