*shrug* When I priced it, the replacement battery was around 75% what I 
could get an equivalent new unit for. I don't remember how/where I 
priced it but I do know I got the new UPS units on sale. YMMV, I just 
found it more cost efficient to replace an old UPS than replace only an 
old UPS battery.
