The problem with Stallman's arguments is that he equates an 
implementation with a concept.  It isn't until much later in the 
document that he goes on to say that its really the  policies he has an 
issue with and not the ebooks.

Richard Stallman is brilliant. Unfortunately this does not make him 
always right.
