Just in case you are looking for a headless systems, I've recently bought 
some Sheevaplugs for a project  (http://www.plugcomputer.org) and been 
impressed. Running Ubuntu 8.04 for ARM out of the box, and seem to be
(so far) very well done and useful.  About $100 in onesies. $80 in large 
quantities.
