[ale] atnex outage

FYI, Clear & Sprint are the SAME entity as far as the Wimax service goes.
Maybe Sprint supplies the towers and Clear provides the signal but it
amounts to the same thing. AT&T and Verizon are both upgrading to LTE for 4G
service (8x faster than 3G?), with V already offering two different makes of
LTE USB modems in the Atl. area. I have had AT&T DSL Extreme for ~4yrs
(supposedly 5-6 down, but have never checked it) @$19/mo first year and
$47/mo thereafter in the Fayetteville, GA area. Just got Comcast at the end
of last year (supposedly up to 20 down) for $19.99/mo first yr, 23.99/mo
second year. Made the change mostly to cut the budget. AT&T just ran new
cables in my subdivision (to support Uverse), so I'm thinking I will switch
back to AT&T after 2 yrs. and get the "new customer" discount on Uverse for
a year or two then.
