[ale] changing dash to bash in ubuntu

I'm not liking this move to dash (Debian Shell) either. Debian 6.0
upgrades ask to make this switch. Anyway, what you need to do is this:

`sudo dpkg-reconfigure bash`

It will prompt you to make a yes or no choice -- choose "no".
