[ale] SUSE package manager and install empathy

SLED does not have any "official" online repositories as far as I know.

You really need to find your DVD, or maybe your company has setup an
internal repo.

The updates are available online.

For non-official:
===
It's rpm based, but I'd try to find SLED or openSUSE rpms, not Fedora.

Are you familiar with http://software.opensuse.org/113/en

Note the pull down for distro. SLE means both SLED and SLES, so just
select the SLE version that matches what you have.

There is a ton of software available for download there. All NOT
supported via Novell's SLED support contract.

If you can't find what you want for SLE, then you can try a similar
version of openSUSE. The current SLE kernel is 2.6.32. That's close
to what openSUSE 11.2 has (2.6.31), so I'd use that as my second
choice.

Hope that helps,
Greg
