I think (though I'm not totally sure) it was due to the convoluted terms
in section II, "Use, Copying, and Distribution of This Product" and
section III, "Modification, Derivation, and Inclusion in Other Products"
regarding redistribution. I don't believe it's an OSS accepted
OpenSource license.
