[ale] mythtv capture card issues

Thank you for your suggestions.

pci=nocrs is also a line that is used when pci devices are not being found
using acpi.

See  I am willing to accept the card is bad, except that with no cards also
I am seeing the same errors, which makes me think that it is due to pci not
getting recognized.
