[ale] ipv6 certification

So,

I'm trying to register a new tunnel as one of the first steps of
getting certified.

I'm doing it from home where I have a Comcast Cable modem.

I put the cable modems IP into the registration form and it tells me
it can't be pinged, so I need to fix that before I proceed.

Is there a work around?  Or do I have to do this from work where we have a T1?
