You know what's interesting about all this?  

I'm the first one in the "AT&T is evil" line at the party.  However, as much a stickler I am for finances and watching all my bills very carefully, I've never been improperly billed or untowardly treated by AT&T.  

The year is still young, but I've been a customer since 2006, and have had no issues as of yet.  I even received a check for an accidental overage one time.  >shrug<
