[ale] KDE configuration in Kubuntu?

Either right click on an empty spot on the panel select Panel Options on
first pop-up and then Panel Settings. The setting panel will slide up
and then position pointer over screen edge and hold left button down to
drag and drop to either left, right or top edge of screen. Also you may
notice a half moon icon on right end of panel, click on that to bring up
the sliding panel. I have Fedora 15 with KDE Plasma 4.6, I would imagine
that Kubuntu would be similar, at least with the KDE stuff. HTH
