[ale] sh archive

My head scratching now is when uuencode/decode got dropped from the default
install process. None of the RHEL5.5 systems have it excluded in the
kickstarts and neither do the new fedora ones I'm building yet it is not
part of the groups installed in the base.

Are we just getting old?
