Yep - I just found sharutils on one of my RHEL5 systems.   Since we
don't use the EPEL for our systems it must come from one of the base or
extended RHEL repositories at RedHat.

Weird, I just checked my Red Hat Network and it shows sharutils comes 
with Red Hat.
