[ale] Fedora oddity

The full name of the running program is preupgrade-gtk.py

I have looked through it and can find no reference to an actual software 
site.  I have no idea what it is pointing to.  I know next to nothing 
about python programming, but the only reference of "http" or "www" in the 
script is to some python docs in a remark line.
