You might consider Xilogix for colo services.

They've been donating the server and hosting for ALE for
nearly 2 years now (Thanks!). Their service response was
first rate when we had to resolve an issue with the first
donated server in the first month and I felt we were
treated as paying customers.
Their located in Atlanta proper, so that may provide some
convenience for access when needed.
