[ale] Ubuntu Linux Defrag EXT4

The tool is e4defrag.

I have no idea if it is available for ubuntu.

It's at least late beta quality and I've seen no data corruption
issues with it in at least a year.

But Ted Tso, the ext4 maintainer, is uncomfortable that it has had
enough testing / code inspection.

You might find more by googling for it or the corresponding ioctl().
I don't recall the name, but if you google ext4 move extents you
should find it.
