I have a few QoS related links at [1]. But the most helpful one to me
was [2]. Sadly, I don't have ready access to the QoS rules I built for
the custom firewall I wrote and used a few years ago. I've moved on to
used the stuff supplied in Tomato and DD-WRT.

"All governments suffer a recurring problem: Power attracts
pathological personalities. It is not that power corrupts but that it
is magnetic to the corruptible. Such people have a tendency to become
drunk on violence, a condition to which they are quickly addicted."
