That has always seemed like a tactic - since the ISP, etc appear to
not require due diligence when handed a DMCA
takedown notice, why not have everyone file DMCA notices against all
the MPAA/RIAA/etc properties?  If a movie studio
can get a personal YouTube movie pulled with an email from a law
office, can't a provate citizen get the same legal process?
