[ale] best cross platform development evironment

I warned people about MSFT's "promises" when they named a product
"Plays for sure" and sold DRM protected music to people. Well guess
what, even MSFT's own Zune won't play that crap anymore.

1. A promise is only as good as the credibility of the promisee.
2. Credibility is a judgement of one's history.
3. MSFT's history is forever tarnished.
4. This list will forever criticize any MSFT endorsements.
