Sincerely sorry you had difficulties. I used the campus map
PDF that Joshua linked to in his original invitation:
<http://www.spsu.edu/home/about/campusmap.html>
...though trying to read the tiny print on my copy in the
fading 7:10pm twilight was challenging. :-P

I was able to find public parking in the large lot at the bottom
(south end) of the map next to the baseball diamond.

It's about a 100 yard trek from the end of that parking lot
to building "J" where the meetings are held. There was
no overboard security to deal with getting onto the campus,
into the building and through the halls to the meeting room.
(J161 this last time).

I spoke to Joshua this afternoon and it looks like the SPSU
group is already planning on doing another meeting on
Thursday, November 11. Formal notification and invitation
should be coming from Joshua shortly, but my understanding
is that this is an organizational and planning meeting about
getting some Linux study groups organized and setting a
regular schedule for general ALE NW @ SPSU meetings.
The format for those ALE SPSU meetings may be up for
discussion as well.

Again -- a good time for ALE members that are interested
in seeing a regular Northwest meeting to get involved.

peace
aaron
